Delegate

A representative of your district and precinct at state and county conventions. You should be willing to travel to one state convention and attend one county convention. You serve a one year term.

DISTRICT CHAIR

Manage all activities of the District ​leading multiple Precinct Presidents and ​reporting directly to the County Chair. ​Serves as a Member of the State ​Committee.

DISTRICT VICE CHAIR

Report to the District Chair and assist in all district activities. Gain leadership experience for potential Chair position. Supervise and support Precinct Presidents. Serves as a member of the County Committee

MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

Report directly to the County Chair. Initial outreach and onboarding of new members. Develop plans to recruit new members. Voter registration liaison.

SECRETARY

Assist with scheduling. Create meeting documents including agendas and minutes. Maintenance of membership database and communications. This position is held at the County, District, and Precinct level.

RESOLUTIONS CHAIR

Leads a group that addresses specific ​issues and policy issues for the West ​Hawaii GOP. Assist the County Chair in ​addressing issues of concern.

PRECINCT PRESIDENT

Coordinate all recruitment, outreach and voting ​activities in the precinct. Manage Precinct ​Workers, report to District Chair. Serves as a ​Member of the County Committee.

PRECINCT WORKER

Assist the Precinct President with activities within the precinct including recruitment, outreach, canvasing, and voting. Serves as a Member of the County Committee.
